The staff here provides excellent service, the rooms are well-kept with fresh towels and a TV, and the price is reasonable at $75.

location: the hotel was so close to airport. some of the rooms were spotless and updated. the staff were superfriendly and provided help.

Everything was simply great! The food was great with lots of alternatives. The idea to include a microwave and a fridge in the deluxe queen room was nice. The hotel was 10 minutes drive from the airport.

This venue has friendly staff providing great service, and it's conveniently located near a beautiful waterfall, which is a bonus.

Helpful staff! We had noisy neighbors and they switched us to a new room right away.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with fresh towels, TV, microwave, and fridge; along with a heated pool.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service that will take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. So we were able to get around without a rental car or walking in the heat. And breakfast was hot and made to order

The sculptures added a touch of class exceeding most places. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The flooring was a little worn.

I selected this hotel for a work conference due to its convenient location which helped ease the long drive and hectic schedule. the nightly drink specials were a nice touch after a busy day. the event facilities were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for attendees. It's close to major venues like Case International and the Century II Convention Centre, making it ideal for business travelers.

The one service that would have made my work trip even more efficient would have been a business center with printing and copying facilities.

I would give this place a 1 if I could. Cockroaches in the room, even found a dead frog. Don't take your shoes off in the room. The hotel smells like chemicals. The icemakers either did not work, or had no ice. The breakfast restaurant was disgusting. The food, just as bad. I could go on and on. The reviewers that have given this place a higher rating must have never stayed in a hotel before.

very good access to local amenities, and easy Airport access

The hotel's location is great, not far from a good area with restaurants nearby. It's conveniently located near the Intrust Bank Arena. It's only 3 miles away from St Doulagh's Church.

The bed was confortable.

- Swimming pool was bad!the water was Very dirty and the pain was pealing. - Hot tub was disgusting, the color of the water was yellow and smelled like pee.

Free parking while we were traveling. Free shuttle to and from airport. Great location close to airport. Lots of choices on TV channels.

Room 214 bath tub needs repair. Coffee stirring stick in middle of floor, cleaning crew must have missed it. Bed was not comfortable, had a better sleep on the plane. Employee on duty at checkout could not give us a receipt. She stated since we booked online, we must get our receipt online.
